About Dr. McNemar
Dr. Thomas McNemar is a board-certified plastic surgeon serving patients from Stockton and the surrounding communities.
A graduate of the Medical College of Ohio, he completed his general surgery residency at the Cleveland Clinic and a plastic surgery fellowship at Akron City Hospital, then specialized in hand and microvascular surgery at the Buncke Clinic in San Francisco.
